mom & baby postnatal yoga

Mom & Baby Postnatal Yoga is geared for babies ages six weeks through crawling. You can bring a blanket to put down on the edge of your mat for baby and a few small toys for your little one to look at. Most babies will be interested in watching you move and stretch and listening to the sounds of the room. 

For one hour you can get out of the house to a non-stressful environment and reconnect to your body. Expect a mild workout in a non-heated room while being able to stop and feed your baby, rock your baby and do whatever else he or she needs. Some babies will surprise you and sleep through the whole class.

 

Class is every Monday at 11:30 am, and runs for one hour. Classes end on April 30th, for the summer.  Drop ins are welcome for $16.00 per class.
